Have you checked your turbo, or are you trusting the mechanic you brought it to? Do yourself a favor and remove the hose from the intake side of the turbo (hose that goes to the intercooler) and see if you can spin the turbo with your finger. It should turn freely. If not then I agree with the others that you can probably clean it out and give her another whirl. If it does turn freely then look at other parts of your APC system. I had a Saab dealer tell me my turbo was gone only to find (with the help of Saabnet) that it was my overboost switch that had failed. It was cutting off my fuel pump as soon as tried to punch the gas. I disconnected it and everything was fine. I've since found a local mechanic that only works on Saabs and I can trust, but thanks to this BB I only need him for major work. DOUBLE CHECK THINGS FOR YOURSELF!!!
