If I remember it right I have seen and read from a automotive book from 60' that similar pattern indicates defective shock absorber.
The easy quick check for shocks: Press firmly the butt of the car butt down and release it. It if swings up only once then shock is ok, if it swings up-and-down then you need to replace the shocks. Obviously you need to do this on both corners.
Other thing that I'd check is the balance of the tires/rims, that is tire shop stuff,,,
This was my 2 cents,,, There can be also some other problem,,, Most probably if the shocks are in such condition that they make the tires look like that the driveability of the car is extremely lousy because of "loose" rear end - the rear starts to drive the car in road curves and bumps on the straight road.
