Essentially, yes. The ECU should be T5 and the engine should be a 200 hp 2.3L turbo 4 cyl. I don't know if it had the HOT 225/manual tranny option. Notice the should be's. There can be some variations. I've seen them. The Aero was introduced in 1993.5. I have no idea about suspension aspects. This was one of the stupidest and most confusing things Saab ever did.
