Waxstat or Whaler 82' thermostat, might as well change the upper rad hose and the coolant hose from the back of the head to the heater core while your at it. Make sure the little bleed hole on the new t/stat is at the top when you put it in. I didn't have to take of the TB to get at it on my 94CS, just the top AIC hose, the 2 hoses going into the TB and a few other odds and ends. You'll figure it out as you go and don't sweat it, I like to think my 9000 is the best maintained out there but things break occasionaly, not much you can do about it. As Ari said replace the coolant every 2-3 yrs and do those 2 hoses and the t/stat while your there. $50.00 or so and you won't have to worry.
Hope this helps some,
Derek
