Is all of your fluid new? Like I said, it is the moisture in the fluid that boils. It doesn't matter how great the fluid is, if it's a couple of years old it will have enough moisture in it to boil.
Also, you still don't say what kind of stops you are doing that you're haivng this trouble.
When you do these stops that cause the abs to kick in, are you doing that just as a test? If you go after the ultimate no-fade racing type brakes you are going to end up having to replace them every couple months, so think about everyday reliability as much as ultimate performance. I can honestly say that I have never been in a situation on the street where I had to do more than one stop that was like that. On the track it's a different story, but on the street you shouldn't ever have a fade problem because you use the brakes less frewuently and a lot less intensely.
If you are doing these repeated abs-inducing stops as part of your driving style on the street, let us all know where you drive so we can stay the hell away.
Really, what is the goal with this brake set-up? What was the problem you had with the stock set-up? Maybe that will help us figure out what's going on.
Good luck
