How exactly do you know it wasn't due to pad material deposition? I don't see how the fact that pulsation occurs only when warm proves anything either way, if that was what you were implying.
I'm not saying that site is right for sure. But what I do know is that the claims of warped rotors are usually being supported and passed on by people who don't really know enough about it. That includes me, and virutally everyone else here. Even mechanics are just repeating what has been passed down over the years. Have any actually looked at these allegedly warped rotors under a microscope? I doubt it. On the other hand, Stoptech appears to have investigated the matter, and explain it in a very plausible way.
The warped rotor theory has a couple of holes in it. One is that if they really are warped, why after turning do they become "warped" again so soon? Does steel really warp that easily? To me, the pad transfer theory just seems far more likely to be correct.
