I am assuming the ETB(electonic throttle body)is not getting vacume. May i ask you to run the car, while the car is running:1st - disconnect the the vacume line at the oval black cap on the ETB;is vacume present in the line?. 2nd - next disconnect the vacume line going to the saftey valve on the false bulkhead(this line that contains the vacume check valve, and comes off the passenger side of the intake manifold)is vacume present? 3rd - Pull the line off at the manifold connection,is there vacume at the nipple on the manifold?( there got to be vacume there and all along the lines to the ETB.If you don't have vacume all along the way you have found the problem......some where there!
