Hey, that all sounds familiar to me, having had a '93 CSE Turbo. The dealer put on new parts that were extremely expensive not to mention the vacation days I spent at the dealership. I got pissed and he said he couldn't fix it and for me to take my business else where. I now have a '97 CSE Turbo and without the traction control I hope the experience will be better. Now to the problem, I fixed it by cleaning the earth strap ends from the body to the ECU unit just in front of the driver under the false bulkhead cover. The problem never came back to me but I was always suspicious of the plastic box on the bulkhead side of the throttle body at about the throttle plate position, it was loose enough to be moved a bit and I thought finding that was about the same time I started the TCS problem. I also did every earth connection I could find. You see the problem with liking a car too much is you tend to keep it clean and the water pools to some extent under the edge of the false bulkhead cover causing corrosion. If you need a step down unit that's just behind the engine connected to a wire to the auto transmission I have one, that being the first bone of contention with the dealer.
