Disable security or die

Hello! "Die" refers to the battery in my daughter's 91 9000CD Automatic.
She found out that someone else at her school has the ability to set off her alarm with his remote. When this happens the headlights will flash. Although nothing is left on, she comes out of school to a dead battery. After just driving for 15 minutes the battery is strong enough to start the following morning. Because this car is not high on the thief's list I would like to disable it. I do not see a fuse to pull and I was unsuccessful doing a search here. Any comments on disabling will be greatly appreciated! Todd
