I'll have to check my schematics this evening, but I'm pretty sure the Anti-theft module only inhibits the fuel pump from running.

First, are you getting any fault codes? That would help diagnosis. Check the FAQs for how to read them out. You might try clearing the codes and then trying to start. It probably won't start, but at least you know you'll have recent codes to work with.

Wet plugs imply the fuel pump is running. Put a voltmeter on the fuel pump fuse and try and start the car. The voltage should go to about 10-12 volts (cranking voltage) and stay there. That at least means the ECU is commanding the fuel pump on.

You say the DI has good spark - how did you test this? The proper way is to remove the DI, flip it over, and stick a spark plug into each coil. Ground the body of each plug. Pull the fuel pump fuse so you aren't pumping raw fuel into the engine. Crank the engine, and you should see sparks. Not only will that say the DI is working, but it also confirms the CPS. If you DON'T see sparks, it could be the DI, CPS, or main relay.

If you see sparks, then all it takes for the engine to fire is fuel and air. Just because the spark plugs are wet doesn't mean the fuel is right. If the fuel pressure is low, the fuel won't spray out of the injectors - it'll dribble out. Big fat drops of fuel won't burn. So if the fuel pressure is low, you can get wet plugs and no start. The solution there is to check the fuel pressure and flow.
