Thanks for the response Ari.
I checked the DI exactly as you indicated. Flipped it over, grounded all the plugs ect. Spark was brilliant and aggressive on all plugs.
Also checked voltage at the new fuel pump while my wife cranked it, solid and steady battery voltage at the pump while cranking.
I pulled the air filter and even the air chamber leading up to the AMM, no blockage.
I'm now back to fuel pressure. With the throttle body off, I've got the regulator exposed so I check flow and pressure or even swap it. I already pulled the vacuum line from the regulator and sucked on it hard. It will hole vacuum and no taste of fuel. So if the regulator is ok maybe the intake or return lines could be plugged? I checked for kinks in the fuel lines from the pump and fuel filter last night, couldn't see any problems.
I also put a fresh set of properly gapped plugs in last night and it ALMOST wants to start, but the more I crank, the more the plugs foul and then it's game over.
