I bought an absolutely beautiful single-owner '94 Aero there a couple of
years ago by negotiating with the broker to end the fleabay auction early
upon my deposit, and I rented an Avis car one-way and drove to CT to bring
it back here to Vermont.
The single nicest car I had in my entire life until the 2 moose in the
road decided I wasn't keeping it. The minor injuries healed OK but I'll
always miss that car !!!
The point I am trying to make:
Keep your options open for serendipity to occur and yes, CT is very good.
Aside of that, go to http://kanolabs.com/ and get started using either
Kroil or Silikroil BEFORE you try loosening frozen/rusted parts and that
will almost totally cease to vex you if you have the patience to spray
some on the night/day before.
Here in Vermont we get salt damage deluxe and I keep a gallon tin of it
to use with a pump sprayer.
I can only say get their trial and actually try it rather than my words
because I've known some for whom (like me) getting turned on to Kroil
has been like a powerfully religious experience !
Best Wishes for Continued Happy Saabing !
