The best way is to let a machine shop do it in a press. I'm not familiar with that particular bushing on the end of the sway bar, but I can occasionally press in a bushing using a lot of liquid dish soap and a vice or Black and Decker workmate. Put the bushing in the freezer for a while to shrink it some and warm the sway bar if possible so it expands some..
Some bushings have flared ends and require special sleeves in a press and a DIY effort can tear the flaired sections. The middle bushings require loosening the two small bolts on the hanger until you can slip out/in the split bushings. PB Blaster is your friend.
Good luck, sounds like you got the springs in.
