Limits? Not a simple answer.... (long)

Cornering limits are very much a function of tires and a lot of road feel comes from them. A firmer suspension gives you more feedback and a loads those tires more equally which helps raise cornering limits. But as for it being easier to tell... Well, let's say I'd need a track to know for sure because I won't go fast enough to tell on a public road. I'm hoping to do some track days next year so I can probe the limits a bit.
However...
On dry roads I find I can do my favorite on ramps at least 10-15 mph faster and the car feels about the same as stock, but I am in no way approaching the limits as the car isn't loose on the road. I don't do that on a public road. I'll get the tires baying at the moon, but I don't get the car sliding on pavement.
Rain adhesion is more a function of how good the tires are in rain, but with all four corners better planted and the tires working more equally the car is definitely easier to drive faster in the wet. My now worn-out summer tires (Nokian NRVIs 205/55x16) were great rain tires and were definitely better with the new suspension. But again I don't go fast enough to get the car sliding on the street.
What's great is less the higher limits and more the feeling of superior control. A fast lane change or evasive maneuver is much more controllable.
I notice that in normal driving the car is way more composed and I find myself going faster even on straight roads. This is NOT a good thing, as I live in a semi-rural town with an (ahem) aggressive police force!
I would buy this set-up again. I like the factory Aero springs/shocks and the SAS bars are well made and do the job. I do some daylong road trips on business and didn't want too firm a ride and my sense was that other spring/shock combos would be too firm, plus many of our NH roads aren't the smoothest, so this is a great compromise.
Sorry to be so long, but it's not a simple answer.
