I know you said it is at your Indy, however another possibility would be the clutch hose has cracked causing the fluid to leak out. Could also possibly be the bleeder nipple (13mm) was not tightened real well, or any connection for the clutch system, and it has worked its way loose now.
Just throwing out two possibilities beside needing to break the transmission back out to change the slave.
