First of all, a word of sympathies to you. The problem (symptom) bothered me over 3 months last year. I was very annoyed. Went to the dealer who had no idea but keeping on replacing parts. I also tried all the things you did (plugs, filters, etc.) Meanwhile, all my friends laughed at me for getting a SAAB rather than a Japanese car.
In the end, I put in a new DI cassette and that solve that solve the problem. My old DI tends to fail when the engine is warm.
My suggestion is to get a known good one and try it on.
BTW, the widely received wisdom of uplugging the DI and see whether it generates sparks did not work for me. Everytime, I did it, the DI worked. But when I put it back, it failed again.
Good luck!
I know how painful and dangerous the problem can be.
