the lower storage bin in the center (or centre) console, i.e. the one sitting right in front of the shift gate:
Look carefully at the lip of the bin, not the wood trim, but right inside edge of the trim next to the bin, (get some light in there if you are doing this in your garage, a flash light would do fine).
You can see the bin just sits there kinda like a drawer, find the top edge of the bin, (shine your flash light right there), see a little seam/gap of the bin that fit into the console. Grap the top edge of the bin at the gap and pull down and out (don't have to use much force and if you are then you are not doing it right). You could use a small screw drive to put in the gap and pry but that guarantee to mar your lovely bin edge (if you must, put some electrical tap on the screw drive tip and try).
Unless you have a really good tight fit of the bin, the top edge of the bin should now off it's detent, do this at the bottom edge, and just pull the bin straight out.
Once it is out, you would realize how stupid what I wrote above sound to you and it would be second nature to you to do it the next time.
If you still having problem let me know. If you live in NJ, come by, I'll do it for you for a song :-).
Let us know. You do need to reach far up there to reach the back of the radio unit though.
