The low side is what stays on. According to the service bulletin on the Townsend site pin 86 and 30 on the low side should be jumped together as they are. I traced the low side relay ground wire back (blue wire pin 31T?) to the fan radiator switch, I thought it was grounding itself on something, it wasn't. But that's how I found out that the blue wire from the pressure switch is tied into it, which is giving the low speed relay its ground even with the radiator temp switch disconnected. For some reason the pressure switch is staying closed(grounded)even after 30+ minutes of the car being shut off.
If all the wiring is correct (I believe it is) is there a way to check the pressure switch without just replacing it?
Ari-I really appreciate all the time you've spent trying to help me figure this one out! It's been a great help as always. I look forward to more of your suggestions.
