barring extenuating circumstances such as 100F+ temps, and you running ALL the accessories at the same time on full blast, the alternator may be having problems. With your 115A alternator though, it's more likely to be fully up to any task, than the measly 80A the older 9000s get.
If your alternator really is having problems though, the battery light in the dash will illuminate - if it doesn't, you have yet another problem, either the bulb or the wiring, both rather unlikely.
It'd be highly unusual for you to see anything less than 10V on the EDU however, while the engine is on. I'm not sure how sensitive to voltage the Trionic ECU is, but all my instruments and fuel injection went berserk when trying to drive with a battery only at about 10V, and a non-funtional alternator. In short order, the car just wouldn't run period.
As I mentioned in another response, it's possible you have a ground cable problem, which could cause the symptoms you describe, without illuminating the altnernator light in the dash (battery). Check your cables and battery posts first!
