Hold on! Those hoses are not that hard to replace...

I had them rebuilt at a Plant Equipment manufacturing place. Mine were leaking badly. I think the rebuild cost <$20 each.
From the oil cooler, the hoses snake down around the water pump and onto the flange that holds the oil filter. If you unbolt them at both ends, and ease them out, you can have them rebuilt. My local dealer turned me onto the plant equipment guys. Really easy job. You have to replace the cooler, so you will be half way there.
One word of caution: The flange at the oil filter (they call it an adaptor) is made of *soft* cast aluminum. I broke mine by overtightening the oil lines. Take it easy on the reinstall.
Good luck! My two cents worth on the oil: unless your wife really revvs the motor on the way to the gym, you are probably fine. Saab warning lights tend to come on rather early when fluid levels or pressures drop.
