I agree with Dick, I doubt you've incurred any damage to your engine driving it with only residual oil over such a short distance. I had an almst identical problem with my 900T 10 years ago. Sabb engines are very tough in this respect.
Don't forget to clean your engine top and bottom after you get your hose reconnected. The oil sprayed throughout your engine compartment will degrade all your rubber components over time (belts, hoses, motor mounts, etc).
