I think that the lowering of boost caused by the ECU itself.
The supporting is , once I've tried disconnect the W hose to wastegate on
APC . to see the working of it after I've got the turbo repaired , I gradually accelerated my car to upper revs. without hit the boost cut off limit.
At the rev around 4.0-4.5 k rpm. I could still hit the fuel cutoff that is around 1.1 bar on my CSE.
So that the T-25 turbo could still produce such high boost on those 4.0-4.5 k rpm.
But I've no Idea for the rev over 5 k.
