Around 90k, I went from dino to Quaker State Synthetic Blend, then to Rotella-T (synthetic - detergenty), then mobil1 5W30. Did cause a little leakage, but nothing serious. Car runs noticably better.
Didn't run amsoil flush because I was too lazy to track down a local dealer.
