Bluetx,

You need a set of torque bits(star shaped, like in trunk tool kit) and a torque wrnch that can go as low as 11 ft lbs.

You need a gasket from eEuroparts.com for $11

You need some yellow gasket holding glue made by 3M or something to hold the rubber gasket onto the valve cover.

You need the proper sequence for tightning the Valve Cover once you are ready to replace it. I got the sequence from the Taliaffaro site listed in the Sponsors section of this Site. I can't quite find it now or else i would give you the link. Do a search on valve cover gasket(cover) on this site. It is also called crank case cover too.

If this sounds confusing you could have someone do it for you for short money or get a friend to do it with you.
