Just speaking from own experience. When I wanted to remove my bolts two of them were rusted so I could not move them and the torx head rounded of so there was no way I could remove them without making use of other means. Also the oil pan does not have a gasket and you have to use sealant. Using the old bolts with the flimsi torx head did not give me much faith that I can apply enough torque to the bolts to make sure the oil pan is not leaking after reinstalling. I replace all my bolts with standard hex bolts and there are just fine at a mere cost of one torx bolt from SAAB dealer.
