I had the bumper off and headlights out but don't see how that helps much with the hoses. You get good access to the stock IC, the IC mounting brackets, oil cooler and power steering cooling line (reason why I pulled the bumper in the first place). Not much help getting to the IC hoses behind the radiator though.

I took the upper hose off starting with the upper clamp, then lower clamp and worked it loose gradually. The inlet hose seemed easier to get to from under the car when on ramps. I only had to reach up a few inches after removing the air shield, so I did it that way. That one came off easy.

Used a 7mm socket on a couple of the clamps, an extending screwdriver on others.
