I had trouble with the long IC outlet hose until I took it off on top. Once I did that and loosened the lower clamp, I was able to wiggle it free after a few minutes, but it took some patience.
In case some oil dried between the hose and the plastic pipe from the IC, how about soaking it with PB blaster, or your choice of Liquid Wrench-type product, or just plain old degreaser? My lower, inlet hose on the other hand is leaking oil (go figure).
As for the PS lines, not sure I get the connection with the battery cable (?) but I had to replace one of the clamps and a good couple inches of cable when it corroded a few years ago.
I plan to replace the ps lines with some quality Earl's hose or similar and some decent fittings, along with a cooling loop located higher up in front of the radiator, and not exposed to so much salt. I know people who can make the whole kit for me for a decent price, but not until I give them threads, fitting sizes, dimensions and so on. If you have a better idea, I am all ears... For a while I thought the car might need a valve job so the PS was on the back burner.
It's been interesting getting this car back in shape, takes me back a few years tho... <chuckle> Finding all the corrosion when the body itself is in good shape was disappointing, but I was warned to expect it.
Unfortunately it is also my daily driver now, and for the next six months at least.
