The tensioner hardly ever fail (I have seen one since 84) so that might have been overkill to replace in the first place.
If the timing chain and balance chain setup have lasted until 213K miles I don't think you should worry.
And if you really want to do something about it you should remove the cylinder head, oil pan and front timing cover and replace balance and timing chain and all the plastic guides that goes with it.
It comes up to about $2500.00 to have a Saab shop do it.
