I can see where Peter is comming from. I believe that if Saab knows it a problem and Im sure they do know, than they should not leave the repairs at the descretion of the dealer involved. Maybe the technition at the dealer that day was being an idiot. So now what, should Peter be out the repairs he is entitled to as a Saab owner? I dont think so. If Saab knows its a problem it should be fixed...period. I have been in many situations where the retard for a day "didnt think that it was a problem", or "its something we dont know about" etc... I dont agree that he should get free repairs out of warrantee, but I can definately see his side. Nobody wants to shell out money for stuff that shouldn't be in the first place.
