Matt, It sounds as if you went into my garage and took notes, we basically have the exact same install, from the crossover location to the ground mounting point. I guess great minds think alike? ...lol

Polk EX3560 6.5 components - Doors & Dash
Polk EX369 6x9 - Rear
Kenwood 8" powered sub - Trunk area
Fosgate Power 400a4 (4-channel) - In spare

Anyways, I get the turn off pop too. The stock head is actually producing it when the head is turned off. I have tried other grounding points, other options for switched power beside the wire supplied in the 8-pin and nothing has made any difference. The problem is that there is no audio delay in the stock unit when it is shut off, like you would find in a good aftermarket unit. It cuts power & audio at the exact same time producing the noise in the line. aftermarket units will cut signal a split second before cutting power, producing a clean cut-off of the audio signal.

You can try an "SPSOFF" from Stinger, which is supposed to help. One other member has used it with success. (check Link)

Im waiting on the Radio Kit from GenuineSaab.com to arrive. Im swapping the stock deck to a Kenwood w/MP3 & Sirius to fix my popping problems. depending on how high you have the gains set, it can be quite disturbing.

About your front speaker delay. Usually there will be a delay when turning on the deck and hearing music. The amp needs time to equalize the incomming power and "warm up".
