It's pretty easy because the control arms come complete with new bushings installed. You just have to undo a few bolts and swap them out.
You'd need a floor (aka trolly) jack, jack stands, good wratchet wrenches and some muscle.
I replaced the bushings that come on the control arm and that was quite a production. The poly bushings made a huge difference though. Worth every cut and bruise. Don't try this at home without a bushing press.
