Nothing unfair about just asking for good service and getting an attitude back. You didnt ask for a free part or expect someone to really go out on a limb for you, all you wanted was some garbage and they acted like it would be too much trouble to even look, I mean..c'mon! you only spent 35,000 there, what did you expect (sarcasm)?


This bone head service guy, with his superior attitude, saved SAAB probably $5.00 for not "wasting" his time, meanwhile lost thousands of dollars in your service and potentially thousands more from anyone else you tell. Perhaps it will even trickle down to actual auto sales. I wont be shopping there after hearing this story. They should "can" that clown. Client loyalty goes a long way.


You need to make sure the letter gets into the right hands. Copy it to the local representative and Saab USA while you are at it.

I cant believe the rest of the members here have that "too good for you" take on this issue. How lazy and worthless this guy was, and everybody is just accepting it like its OK. The guy that makes my hamburger at Mcdonald's and leaves off the pickles and onions put out more effort. Nowhere on the menu does it say humburgers are made to order, but they still do it because it keeps me happy.
