Pull the plugs yourself and read the deposits yourself. If the plugs are not the right ones, you can expect problems like this. You should be using BCPR6ES11's gapped .037 - .039.
You may have simple maintenance issues. So best to deal with the plugs, read the deposits, regap or replace. Clean the injectors with Techron Concentrate.
Don't get too worked up about a failing DIC/IDM, as this is a fact of life and should be expected. Perhaps you should have a spare in anycase. Fouled plugs can make a DIC/IDM not work right and create CEL codes. I did not see your vehicle miles listed.... You can pul the DIC/IDM and read the date code on the sticker. Four digits, WWYY, week of year and year... or YYWW; then you know if it is orginal or not.
You do not have ignition wires. A CAT converter would not do anything like this.
