Hello all. Thanks for all the help.
I replaced the plugs and se tthe gap correctly. I inspected the vac. hoses to the various componants (TB, MAP, FPR (altough I was not 100% were this was. I traced the vac. hoses from the TB to another componant at the end of the injector into line)). None seemed as soft as I would expect, but were intacked (found no leaks) and all had good vaccum when I unplugged them. I test drove the car and at first it seemed better, but as it warmed up it start to hesitate again. Upon further inspection I found a missing vac. hose, for which the plastic aattachment nozzle had broken off onthe cylinder head. A picture is shown here:

It looks like it should attach to the small white funnel like thing, seen in the picture, which is attached to a vac hose that goes to the TB (i kind of think it is a PCV valve, since it is attached to the cylinder head or it could be a filter, but am not sure). Any thoughts that this could be the problem? I am sure it is causeing some inefficiencies, but would this device cause my symptoms. To replace: 1.) what is this line? What is the name of the connector on the cylinder head and the funnel like thing that needs replacing?
Just for my knowledge: What is this module in this second picture.

It too is attach to a vacuum hose that runs to TB. With the hose removed the car runs very irregular.
Thanks
