frame of the car?

That's the only bolts I remove when doing the belt. And I need to lower the engine to get the belt in betwen the frame and motormount.

Always replace the front idler pulley, it's a bad design with the attachement point offset from the load on the bearing. This means that the bearing is pulled sideways under load.

The ribbed tensioner pulley seems to hold up several changes of belt. And as of right now, it's no loose pulley to buy, but you have to buy the whole tensioner with pulley attached.

I can't tell you about the oilpan for sure, because I seem to remember that something came in between when lowering the oilpan. But the only time I did it was to replace lower bearings and piston rings, so the engine was in a sling anyway with the heads off.
