You can use any good coolant that you want. But you need to avoid mixing certain coolants. So for a drain, flush and fill you are free to do what you want. Details available.
Your engine does not like oil neglect. Many failures have been reported with dyno oil, perhaps more from nelegected changes than the brand of oil. If it were my vehcile I would use Mobil 1 0W40. And use a solvent type oil additive one week before the change. A product that claims to free sticking rings and valves/lifters. This will be a 10-12 ounce can and feel watery when shaken. Follow the directions. This will be a one timer.
When you change your oil, use only a 6 point socket on the drain plug. Otherwise the very soft plug steel hex head will strip!
The Purolator PureOne PL 10241 oil filter is very good and will cost perhaps $5.99US.
Check that your low oil pressure sending switch and cicuit work during lamp check. Many of the switches have failed. Detail are avialable if needed. It must be working. If it still works, do watch for it during lamp check.
Please post miles. I assume that a 1995 has some higher miles.
