OT - Need advise on new job/long commute -UPDATE

Hi - I posted a few weeks back about a potential new position with a 90 mile commute. I have some new info and I'm hoping to get some advice from you all (Not to sound patronizing, I really believe this site attracts a very intelligent pool)
Here are the facts:
I now commute 35 miles, but have an offer that would make my commute 90 miles each way down the Garden State Parkway. However, it would be an increase of about $40K annually. Plus, they'll pay all commuting expenses including car (I could probably choose something within a certain $ range), insurance, tolls, and gas.
Plus, I can work from home 1 day a week.
Is this a no brainer? Should I do it??? I love my current job, but I could really use the $$$ - but at what expense?? Plus, no guarantees I'll like the other work.
Thanks!!!!
