Now that you've got a nice little nest built you can "afford" to experiment. Start by doing stuff on the side. You hate corporate america anyway right? Alittle slacking at work while you get your side business running won't kill you then. once you're up and running with your side business, leave your job and pursue your hobby full time.
I don't know where you're located, but laundromats and self-park parking lots are usually good side ventures that can eventually bring in decent pay with little work. Once you have like 5-6 laundromats around town, and 3-4 parking lots all you do is sit back and collect your checks. Of course you're looking at about a $5 million investment in the long run...most of which will be in the form of mortgages and loans however.
