Turbo Charger for Saab 9-5
According to my mechanic, my "turbo" broke, and pieces of metal infiltrated my engine. The engine is not repairable. My warranty company does not want to cover it, because they say the turbo charger is an uncovered part, and uncovered parts that break covered parts do not get coverage. My mechanic feels very strongly that the turbo is part of the engine. In order to appeal, I have to know the following information.
Please help!!!!!
What is the turbo charger?
Is it part of the engine?
If it is not part of the engine, then what system is it part of?
Thanks Saab people!!!!
