For the clutchless, just remember not to force anything and let off if you even feel the hint of grinding.
To get to neutral, just let off on the gas quick and the gears will unbind enough to quickly bump it to neutral.
I've gotten to the point where I heel toe easily during a race, and can even double clutch while doing it; but just don't have the motor skills to do the clutchless neutral thing yet.
To add a bit more spice; do a heel toe / double clutch prior to going into a hot corner then transition to a left foot brake to control the car balance while you transition the apex and out of it. I'm doing that now during track days to push the Viggen to the edge...... It's alot of footwork and takes a lot of practice to get smooth (I still get jabby with the LFB), but very effective at keeping the car nice and balanced to skate through the corner :)
