If one listens to the mainstream media it's easy to say the global warming and climate change news is all hype. They aren't trained as scientists and don't know what they are talking about. But if you look at the real scientific research it gets pretty scary. It can be debated just how much of climate change is human caused, but even if it is entirely natural there is still a lot going on that is beyond our control and is likely to have a negative impact on people.
The earth has bee both warmer and colder than it is now, but the difference is that there weren't 6.7 billion people when it was, many in areas that will be directly impacted by a warmer (or colder) climate.
But back on topic, I don't think which type of grille one uses is going to matter very much.
