Sweden is a great place to visit. Ditto for the UK. Don't go for the weather in either place, though the women in Sweden are breathtaking. I suggest a less expensive country with a sunnier climate like Lisbon (great food, beautiful women, etc.). My experience "living" in Europe is limited to West Berlin from 1983-1984. I've been back annually since to various parts of Europe (Italy and Norway are spectacular). However, at this point, I would not live in Europe again (even though it would be entertaining) for a lot of reasons. None of them necessarily knocks on Europe -- just a different way of looking at things now that I'm 43 years old.. Based on my travels over the past three years I suggest considering Sydney, or someplace in Asia. Exciting and vibrant places. Everyone needs to "do" Europe at some point in their life. I just don't think it's a place for a young man to build his future.
