ABS causes no special proceedure for bleeding brakes. Most people utilize the procedure that Allan described, but one of the two individuals should have experience doing this. With two neophytes you run the risk of releasing the brake pedal while the fitting is open and sucking air into the system. Then you have to start over!
On the 9-5 the sequence is Left front, Right rear, Right Front, then Left rear. Probably the same for all Saabs. If you hadn't planned on it, you should change the fluid as part of the bleeding procedure. Don't use Silicone fluid (DOT-5), stick to DOT-4 as per Saab's instructions.
MityVac makes a one person brake bleeding kit that is sold at Wal-Mart, Sears, and others. $30 approximate cost. Uses a hand operated vacuum pump to extract the fluid. Saab's official kit uses compressed air to create a vacuum to extract the fluid. Other companies market these too if you have a moderate sized compressor.
