Only the Mark II version uses the accumulator. The Mark IV, which is found on 9000's that don't have TCS, doesn't have an accumulator but has ordinary vacuum assist. Either way, unless the master cylinder has been change, the procedure is as described on the threads below. I've found that when bleeding, sometimes the air-bubbles aren't so visible when fluid exits under velocity. Hanging a drain tube into a filled container, so that the air bubbles will be seen rising to the top, is hard to miss.
