Which of these other cars do you recommend?

My dealer just informed me that they have no (as in Zero) service techs anymore because they all quit or were fired. To me, that means the Saab has to go. There are no independant shops in town that can work on a T7 car, and the next closest dealer is nearly 200 miles away.
Soooooo......
We've been looking and have narrowed the list down to:
Acura TL, manual, 06 or 07, $35K.
Chrysler 300C, 06, $34K
Chrysler 300 SRT8, 06, $40K
Mercedes C230 Sport, manual, 07, $37K
Mercedes C350 Sport, manual, 07, $44K
VW Passat 3.6 FWD, package 2 Luxury, 06 or 07, $38K
Believe me, we've looked at everything else between 25 and 45K, including G35, S60, S60R, 325, IS250 and 350, Accord, Legacy GT, Jetta 2.0T, X-type, Maxima, Mazda6, CTS, and so on. We don't have an Audi dealer any closer than the next Saab dealer, so they're out. Obviously Saab is out.
Any thoughts? Obviously they're all fairly different cars. We want a wood & leather interior, good back seat and trunk space, 4 doors, and all of the typical luxury toys.
Thanks!
