Yeah, I know they have to get new techs (they've never had more than two at any given time), but I don't think I need to pay for their on-the-job training. There's no base of Saabs around here, so any new hire most likely will never have worked on a Saab before.
And the dealer has a history of damaging my car when they have it (scraping up the front spoiler and so on). And they typically take 2 weeks to order in any part (which is all parts, since the parts department doesn't go any deeper than spark plugs and oil filters), regardless of whether the car is drivable or not.
My car is a '99 Viggen. I love it - it's in good mechanical and cosmetic shape, has great seats, holds all kinds of stuff, and so on. I really don't want to get rid of it. I just won't put up with this dealer anymore, and since there are no local independants, this is a convenient and somewhat compelling reason to jump ship.
