Good. then check oil level, coolant level, gauges, etc again.

NONONONONONONONO NO. NYET. NOT. Why? Who recommended that? Modern head gaskets require no retorque. 90deg is a batch of added stress on the bolts and threads in the head and can be disastrous unless designed that way. I have checked two sources and neither indicates retorque. It is standard for much older engines and gasket technology, but not generally recommended for modern engines unless the manufacturer specifies.

Again I am no expert for your particular case. If you have expert advice contrary to mine, I may find it hard to argue. Please state where your advice to retorque 90deg after cooldown came from.

Yup, and pressure test the cooling system with a suitable tester.
