With two notes...
1. Longer and Shorter headers don't apply directly to a turbo, generally a shorter header with it's minimal volume will give the best spool and therefore generate more low end torque.
2. What applies to header tuning, does not applie to post turbo/post header piping. Once the flows are combined, tuning is not at all the same thing
