that's why wheel hp is the only one that counts, kudos to jeff for being straightup honest. it helps us all in our tuning battles. i have to admit that i was a bit skeptical re the 268 at the wheel stuff but 225 and 241 torque still a damn good run. curious as to the low rpm reading though. perhaps the 4500 was for max torque. saabs usually pull max hp at 5500 r's then run out of cam. it is possible tho that jeff ran out of turbo and the boost reading is not mentioned. i'm expecting around 200 at the wheel. 270 at the wheel would be a big stretch for a saab. esp c900. that would be getting into full race and it appears that JC's car is still very streetable. but with a estimated 20-25% loss that is still the better part of 300 hp and on the stock IC. thanx jeff. good job. we'll have figures for a group of cars in late july. it would be nice if we could convince Scott p That allowing dyno run charts would be an acceptable compromise to the no posting pics rule. not too many of us do the dew.
