Here are the results of a 1986 900T with ported head,3" exhaust,water injection,24pound injectors,RRFPR and a fan on the intercooler.

This is with a stock turbo. You will notice that the torque starts to drop off after 3700 that is when the exhaust volume from the waste gate interfers with the turbin discharge. The next change for this car is an external waste gate to seperate the flow of turbin gases and wastegate gases. The unevenness of the power and torque curve is in part due to the wates gate gases disrupting the turbin outlet.
This dydno run was done on a Dyno Jet.
